These salmon patties are delicate, light, and very tasty. The patties feature crispy edges and big, meaty pieces, which is especially great for a good meal! They are clearly the real deal, having Japanese Oyster Essence Sauce and Japanese Reduced Salt Soy Sauce as the secret ingredient. These patties are exceptionally nutritious too!

Salmon fillet

Hamadaya Japanese Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
½ tsp
Black pepper

Yellow onion, cubed
1 pc
Red chilli, cubed
2 tbsp
Spring onions

Bread crumbs
1 tbsp
Flour
1 pc
Egg
1 tbsp
Hamadaya Japanese Oyster Essence Sauce
1 tbsp
Hamadaya Japanese Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
1 tbsp
Tomato sauce
1 tbsp
Black vinegar
1. Marinate salmon with Hamadaya Japanese Reduced Salt Soy Sauce and black pepper. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Combine all ingredients for dipping sauce. Mix well.
3. Pan fry salmon fillet.
4. Sauté yellow onion and red chilli until soft. Remove and set aside.
5. Break salmon into flakes. Combine with sautéed yellow onion and chilli, spring onions, bread crumbs, flour and beaten egg. Shape into patties.
6. Fry patties gently until golden brown.
7. Brush sauce on top. Serve hot.
