Ingredients
350 g Assorted fish cakes and fish balls
10 pcs Crab claws
30 g Money pockets
5 pcs Mushrooms
1 medium Carrot, cut into flower shape
100 g Lettuce
200 g Daikon, ¼ discs
3 sprigs Spring onions
7 ½ tbsp Hamadaya Japanese Oden Soup Base
½ tbsp Rice vinegar
8 cups Water
Method
1.
Pour Hamadaya Japanese Oden Soup Base into a pot of water.

Add daikon and spring onions and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

3.Remove the spring onions and discard.
4.
In the same pot, pour in rice vinegar and the variety of fish cakes and fish balls, crab claws, money pockets, mushrooms, carrots, lettuce, and continue to let it simmer for 5 minutes.
5.
Dish up and serve.
