1. Marinate chicken breasts with Hamadaya Japanese Oyster Essence Sauce and set aside for 5 minutes. Then heat up 1 tbsp oil in a pan and pan-fry chicken till cooked. Chop chicken to smaller bite-size.
2. Heat up 3 tbsp oil in a pan and pan-fry dumpling wrappers on both sides till slightly brown.
3. Place dumpling wrapper (one by one) onto a tray then sprinkle chopped chicken over it. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 7-8 minutes at 160 ˚C or till cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
4. In a bowl, mix Hamadaya Japanese Soy Sauce and Hamadaya Japanese Oyster Essence Sauce together. Drizzle pizza with the sauce mixture and mayonnaise.
5. Garnish with bonito flakes and spring onions. Ready to be served.
