Enoki Beef Rolls

Crispy beef-filled enoki mushroom rolls will definitely be an excellent choice if you want an easy-to-make meal. Topped with the Japanese Oyster Essence Sauce and Japanese Soy Sauce, these bite-sized beef Japanese appetisers are certain to vanish as soon as they reach the table.

Ingredients

1 pack

Enoki mushrooms

8 slices

Beef shabu shabu slices

2 tbsp

Cooking oil

1 clove

Garlic, minced

For The Garnishing

Some

Spring onions

For The Sauce

1 tbsp

Hamadaya Japanese Oyster Essence Sauce

½ tbsp

Hamadaya Japanese Soy Sauce

½ tbsp

Brown sugar

1 tbsp

Ginger juice

4 tbsp

Water

Method

1. Remove bottom stems of enoki mushrooms, split into 8 portions. Add enoki on beef slice then roll tightly.

2. Preheat cooking oil in a pan over medium low heat. Pan fry enoki beef rolls. Remove and set aside.

3. Combine all sauce ingredients. Mix well.

4. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add in sauce mixture. Boil until sauce thickens.

5. Drizzle sauce on enoki beef rolls. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
